Use the dedicated finish for the liner system. Cake Eye Liner Sealer supports greater durability and moisture resistance. Use over a fully dried line or instead of water to activate the compatible Cake Eye Liner.

Two application methods

To seal, apply a thin layer over completely dry eyeliner. To activate, moisten the brush with Sealer, mix into Cake Eye Liner and draw the required line. Follow the label and use a small amount to preserve precision.
