Control the thickness before the piece reaches the character. Glatzan Normal 1,000 ml is a synthetic liquid material for making fine bald caps on a head mold. Successive thin layers build the required body while fewer layers keep transitions finer.

Professional preparation

Apply thin, even layers in a well-ventilated area, allowing each to dry. Follow the current technical sheet for layer count and full drying time. Powder and remove from the mold carefully once fully dry.

1,000 ml. Hazardous technical product. Do not use the finished cap until solvent vapours have fully dispersed and no strong solvent odour remains. Follow all manufacturer precautions.
