For a custom palette or shade question, include the Dermacolor codes you are considering. For an order question, include the order number and the email used at checkout.

Orders are prepared in Portugal. Allow 3–7 business days for preparation, especially for custom palettes. Shipping options are calculated at checkout.

Please do not include passwords or payment card details.
