Orders are prepared in Portugal. Allow 3–7 business days before dispatch; custom or prepared-to-order items may use the full preparation window.

How to personalize your palette
Choose your shades in the configurator, arrange their positions and give your palette a name. Review the complete selection before checkout. The name and shade order are recorded with your order.
Build coverage in thin layers
Dermacolor Camouflage Creme is highly pigmented makeup for concealing visible discoloration, scars and tattoos. Work in controlled layers and blend shades where needed. Dermacolor Fixing Powder and Fixing Spray can be used as part of the setting routine; both are sold separately.

How do I choose the shades?
Use the palette builder to explore Dermacolor shades, select your colors and arrange every refill. When your composition is ready, review it carefully and continue to your cart.
What is the difference between six and twelve shades?
Six shades make a compact selection. Twelve provide more room for different tones, correction and neutralization.
Is the palette refillable?
Yes. Every refill can be replaced individually, so you can replenish a color or adjust the composition without replacing the case.
Does the palette arrive assembled?
Yes. Assembly follows the composition confirmed in the order. Review all shades and positions before completing your purchase.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on screen?
Lighting, cameras and screens can change how a color appears. Use the name and code of each shade as your main reference.
Can I change the selection after payment?
Changes may not be possible once preparation has started. Contact Paleta Studio as soon as possible if you notice an error.
