Place the appearance of moisture where the scene needs it. Transparent Jelly is a clear gel for simulated sweat and wet-looking effects over finished, set makeup. After a few minutes it becomes almost dry while retaining the visual effect.
Application
Deposit with a suitable sponge or brush and build the distribution gradually. Follow the current label for permitted areas and use.
